Studio Policies

Payment

- Payment is to be made before every 10th of the month

- There are 44 lessons in one year, monthly fees are averaged and the same every month, no matter the number of lessons in the month. Studio closures are already accounted for.

- A late penalty of $20 will be imposed for payment on the 10th or later

- Cash, bank transfer (posb savings 198-57384-1), paylah/paynow (96213748) are accepted

- Important: Please include your child's name for the transfer, then send a screenshot of the receipt via whatsapp

Replacements

- 6 missed lessons will be replaced with no charge in a calendar year

- Availability of replacement lessons depends on teacher

- Please schedule replacements ahead of time (eg. for planned holidays)

- Subsequent missed lessons will be forfeited with no refund

- There will be no rollover of unused replacement lessons to the following year

- Missed replacements will also be considered a missed lesson

- Same day cancellations will not be replaced

- Lessons missed by teacher will definitely be replaced (or refunded)

Termination

- 30 days of notice is required

- For temporary pause of lessons (eg. psle or long holiday), an advance deposit of one month fees will be collected. The fee for the next month upon resuming will be offset.

- The same lesson slot is not guaranteed
